Cruté's beautifully rendered nightmare of what the lives of LGBT citizens in general — and her own day-to-day life as a bisexual woman — would look like without fair courts perfectly captures the spirit of this contest. The twist, of course, is that while LGBT citizens are unlikely to be forced to wear mandatory ID badges, other elements of her bad dream aren’t too far from today’s reality.
