Entering our second year, the civil rights work from the SCRO is shifting the legal landscape throughout the South Central region, where anti-gay and HIV-related discrimination is especially entrenched.

The South Central Regional Office accepts help desk calls during regular business hours (M-F 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Please call 214-219-8585 and ask for the Help Desk. If Help Desk staff are unavailable, your call will be routed to the Legal Help Desk voice mail. We encourage you to leave the following information: name, location (city and state), phone number and a brief description of your legal inquiry. A Help Desk staffperson will return your call in one to two business days.
