From The Columbus Dispatch: "A Franklin County appeals court judge expressed concerns yesterday about the tactics a lesbian mother is using in an effort to invalidate a joint custody agreement with her former partner.
"'I find it a little upsetting,' Judge Susan Brown said of Denise Fairchild's legal maneuvers.
"he comment came as lawyers delivered oral arguments before a three-judge panel of the Franklin County Court of Appeals."
