As the year draws to a close, we have plenty to celebrate. From the momentous court decision preserving family coverage for Arizona’s lesbian and gay state workers, to the landmark ruling this week in the Vandy Beth Glenn case, it’s been a year of incredible progress.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of Lambda Legal’s attorneys—and with the help of our friends and supporters—we fought and won many victories for LGBT people, for those living with HIV and for their families.

We defended the right of transgender people to receive medical care while incarcerated. We fought back an antigay group’s attempts to kill Wisconsin’s domestic partner registry. We’re suing Texas college officials who prevented a qualified candidate from interviewing for a permanent teaching position because of their belief that she’s a lesbian. And after a decade of fighting for marriage equality in New Jersey, we’re back in court to finish what we started.
