The Supreme Court’s decision on marriage equality affects same-sex couples and their families all across the country. Tell us your story. Getting married? Married already and seeking legal recognition of your relationship? Planning to start a family? Share your story below.

The Court’s ruling should mean that you and your same-sex partner have a right to be treated the same way as any other couple. If you’re not treated equally, we want to hear from you.

If you and your same-sex partner:

  • Have trouble obtaining a marriage license,
  • Experience discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or marriage status,
  • Find that your marriage isn’t recognized by businesses, employers, insurers, or state or local authorities,

Please fill out the form below. A member of our staff will review all entries and may contact you. Due to anticipated high volume we may not be able to respond to all inquiries. In the meantime, visit MarriageEqualityFacts.org for more information.
