Federal courts matter to the LGBT community. Federal judges across the country decide cases that affect the most important aspects of our lives – health care, immigration, employment discrimination, and marriage equality.
As community leaders and LGBT advocates, we must change the political dynamic that is compromising our access to justice and ensure that our nation’s courtrooms have a full complement of well-qualified and diverse judges on the bench.
