New Immigration FAQ for Undocumented LGBTQ and HIV-Affected Youth

Starting today, undocumented immigrants who came into the U.S. as children will be able to apply for a work permit and defer deportation.
Lambda Legal has published a fact sheet to help LGBTQ and HIV-affected youth understand their rights and guide them through the application process.
